Drinking tea after eating
Drinking tea after eating
Modern research has proved that tea has a significant effect in blocking the absorption of iron from common foods such as beans and falafel, lentils, okra and other, causing anemia
And recommended research to increase consumption of fruit and not drinking tea after a meal or drink two hours after eating
It was found that this effect results from the presence of tannins, which cause constipation
It was found that adding milk to tea, this effect weakens as the existing milk casein reacts with the tannin and weaken its influence with the benefit of existing food with milk
